CORPERATE STRATEGY AND BUSINESS MODEL

Targa plans to pursue a two-fold business model:

1) Outlicensing and Co-development. Make corporate development deals with antibody and other targeted drug companies, including non-exclusive out-licensing of the Targa Therapeutic Payload technologies and co-development, on a case-by-case basis.

2) Proprietary Drug Development. Develop the most promising of the therapeutics in the portfolio through pre-clinical testing and Phase I/II clinical trials using Targa’s expertise in human clinical trials and its close association with cancer clinical researchers.

Targa outsources cGMP manufacturing and toxicology studies while performing small-scale manufacturing, process development and optimization, and assay development in-house. Required preclinical efficacy and pharmacokinetic testing will be carried out at partnering academic institutions. Initial clinical trials will be carried out at major USA and European Cancer Centers.
